Successful people stress, How do you combat anxiety?

1) We anticipate and prepare for change.
They often anticipate possible changes themselves. For that reason, what about psychologically? Physically, I usually prepare in advance.
Mentally, I anticipate what might happen; What should be done if it happened? Feeling depressed I prepared by thinking about what to do next so that I don't get discouraged. In other words, they are mentally prepared for what might happen and physically prepared for what they can do.

2) Focus on your freedom.
Ever since we were young, our brains have a mantra to combat life's imbalances. anxiety, That mantra for inequality and bad things is to be positive. But no matter how optimistic we are, sometimes we have to choose to react freely when things go beyond what we can bear. What I want to say is that you don't need to forcefully bow your head to the issue that you can't stand.
Don't force it. You have as much as you can. Realize that you are only as powerful as you can be. Be patient with the changes as much as you can. It becomes stressful for you when you insist on it until it encroaches on your freedom. That's why you should reject it. That is your right.

3) Write it down.
Step three is more difficult. The thoughts you are thinking about to change. Thinking about the situation around you will influence your thoughts. Good thoughts don't matter, but bad thoughts make you stressed. What matters is how you react to those things. You can't predict the consequences of a sudden and overwhelming reaction. Writing down everything that happens throughout the day in a diary-like format will lighten your control and allow you to clearly see the consequences.

4) Stop negative self-talk.
One of the best ways to manage stress is to stop negative self-talk.
I say to myself, “I'm useless. I really can't. Will it be.... It won't happen. Thoughts such as "I can't do it" are just thoughts. Not really. But when those thoughts dominate your brain and consciousness, you begin to think that you are truly incompetent. It makes you lack confidence. Decreased performance. Then it adds more stress. That's why you should stop the negative thoughts and words that drag you down.

5) What you have achieved. Think back to what you could have done.
When you're faced with a lot of stress, what you've done in the past is successful. Even if you think you can't do it, think about what you can do. Note again. At that time, the thought that you were able to do what you thought was impossible will come back to you. Your self-confidence will increase. Because of this, your stress and anxiety can be relieved.
Worrying is a mental disorder. At any time, you have to overcome that stress and anxiety. If you can't overcome that stress and anxiety, it will limit your ability to perform. So follow these 5 steps and take back control of your abilities.
