Holding a grudge against another person in your heart weighs you down. Seeing that person with resentment, Hate will continue to follow, so it can destroy your peace of mind. That's why being jealous of a person first burns the person before it harms that person. If you know that you have such a grudge, you should try to completely remove it from your mind.

2) Anxiety
Worrying about what hasn't happened yet will ruin your present. That's why instead of worrying about what hasn't happened yet, make the most of the present moment. That is more certain. Be determined that you will try your best to face whatever happens.
