1) Not focusing on the unimportant
As people who understand the difference between important work and unimportant work, it is not wrong to say that the work is done. They know what work is most urgent for them, so they can pull the important stuff first and do it efficiently and effectively to produce a result. When you can focus on what you should prioritize and finish it first, you have time to continue with the rest. As early as possible, the work can be done efficiently.

2) Ability to do is not limited.
Ability to do is defined by people. I've seen some people say, "I've already done so much work for today." "I can't do it again" and limit myself. I still have the strength to do it again. I want to say that you still have a lot of potential and don't limit yourself. I don't mean the kind of sleepless night and working until dawn the next morning. Let's say that all the tasks that are normally done today between 9 am and 5 pm are finished by 12 noon....I don't worry about the extra time, I think about what I have to do the next day. I don't limit myself by thinking that I can't do it again because I've already finished the day's work.

3) Time is often used effectively.
Completing all tasks is not just dragging the work out, but getting it done efficiently and on time. Knowing how to use time effectively is one of the reasons for being productive. For example. I have to do my work from 9 am to 5 pm, and I can't wait till noon and open Facebook while I'm doing some work. You shouldn't do things like looking around for things to shop and procrastinating before finishing work. In that case, even if the work that is to be completed at noon is at 5 o'clock in the evening, it happens that the work is not finished and the debt is left the next day. That is because time is not used effectively. Productive people are those who remind themselves to use their time effectively to get the job done efficiently.

4) There is often a set time to complete the task.
If they take on a task, they estimate when they can complete the task and set a time for it to be completed. For example, I don't do work that takes 2 hours to complete in an hour. Finishing it in an hour, then taking break time again. When the work is not done, I focus on getting the job done without thinking about anything else. Setting a time to complete the task will make you more efficient at work.

5) Set rest time
Don't think that you are trying to be too productive. They often set their own time off. From when to what period of time the work is set to be completed, and during that time I do not think about other distractions at all. Those who don't. I also set a time for myself so that I can complete my tasks at the time I set, and I work hard to finish at that time. When you are able to finish your work at the set time, and when you set it as your personal rest time, you don't think about anything related to work. I don't focus on eating, but I often relax. Because of this break time, I can do new work the next day and every work I do gives me new ideas to be creative.

Therefore, if you want to be productive, set a deadline for your tasks. During that time, do not focus on anything other than work. Make good use of time. When you can finish within the allotted time, take a full break during your break. Doing so will not only relieve the stress of not finishing the work, but also help you to complete the work efficiently.
