Things to do when bad emotions come

If you are having feelings, try the following points to calm yourself down and change your mind.
1) Run with all your might.
Exercising strenuously and running, If you are comfortable running a long distance, try running. When you get tired, it relaxes your mind and keeps you thinking.
2) Learn to think positively.
If you have bad thoughts like I said above, remind yourself not to keep thinking those thoughts. Or think about the opposite of what you're thinking. When such a habit of turning to positive thoughts happens, later on, when negative things enter your thoughts, you tend to automatically turn to positive thoughts. Or, at the same time as bad thoughts come in, "I don't think anymore, If you keep thinking about it, you get angry, pain, Try to correct your thoughts by saying, "If sadness continues, I will be uncomfortable."
3) Hope to get better in the future.
If you accept the bad feeling now, that bad feeling will be with you in the future. That's why I encourage myself to say, "Even though it's bad right now, I'll make the most of it so that it doesn't get worse again." Try to change your thinking that things will be better in the future because you are trying. You will immediately feel happy and have a light of hope.
