2) Finish any unfinished work on Monday morning. When it's over, it gives Phil a lot of satisfaction that he's accomplished something. It also gives strength to do future work.
3) Keep a schedule of what you need to do. Accepting new jobs at the same time without setting a schedule such as making an appointment to meet at the same time, Thinking about what should be prioritized first makes people very brain-dry.
4) Go shopping from Monday for a week. You need energy to work hard all day. Plan ahead to eat healthy meals. If you don't do that, you will have to buy and eat unhealthy foods that you can easily eat.
5) Take a 10-15 minute break from the work place for 1 hour and a half. Take a moment to look at a green scene. Rest your eyes. Give your brain a rest. Then do another round of work.

7) Eat some nutritious food early in the morning that is helpful for health. Breakfast is very important for the day. If you eat instead, you will be able to move all day on a busy Monday.
