"1) Try breathing exercises or meditation.
Without thinking about anything else, breathe in and breathe out. Or try meditating in a quiet place. You should rest your brain without thinking about anything.

2) Be alone.
I can't do breathing exercises, If meditation is not possible, sit alone in a quiet place for a while. Or sleep without thinking about anything.

3) Take a shower.
Go into the bathroom and take a shower. It will change your focus and refresh you.

4) Write down the problems that bother you.
Sometimes problems that I think have no answers in my mind can be answered when I write them down in detail in a book. In addition, you may find that what you think is a big problem is actually nothing. That's why write down whatever is on your mind in a book.

5) Don't forget there is an answer.
Don't forget that there is a solution to any problem. Believing that sometimes I can solve my own problems makes me able to think of the best solutions to solve my problems. When I think "I can't do..." It can be confusing. So don't forget that every problem has a solution.

6) Open up.
Try telling someone who can help you more conveniently than yourself. Open up to someone who can really feel and understand. You may see an answer from them from an angle you didn't expect.
Avoid noisy and crowded places when you are busy. You may forget about your problem for a while, but your head will become harder and you may still have a headache. I can't wait anymore and I get angry automatically. That's why I need to be alone, quietly and calmly without thinking about anything."
