Sadness is a part of life. But that sadness, You can learn something only from weakness. That's why here are some things to think about when you're feeling down.

1) And it's over.
You won't always have good things in your life, so you won't always be happy. You will also have to face unpleasantness. In the same way, we will not always face unpleasant things. So, even if you are having fun, take heart that it is not always. Don't forget that if you face unpleasantness again, it will be over at the right time. When the days of darkness are over, the days of light will return. After the sad days are over, you will come back to a happy day.

2) Focus only on what you can control.
You can't have good emotions in your mind when you're only thinking about things you can't control. Hot weather is not something you can control. Your parenting situation is not something you can control. The way your parents raised you is not something you can control. You want to be healthy, but you suddenly end up in the hospital. A lot of things that are out of your control, such as getting fired, even though you are working hard, will make you depressed. But you can refocus on what you can control. There's a lot you can't control, but there's also a lot you can control. Is it because of something you can control when you're depressed? Distinguish between things you can't control. Shift your focus only to what you can control. Even in the things you can't control, the things you can control. There are often small items.

3) There is still tomorrow.
When you're feeling down, today is over, but you still have tomorrow to try again. You don't forget. Don't waste time tomorrow by being discouraged about the things you didn't try today. Let everything that happened today end today. Forget it. Start again tomorrow.

4) Reflect on the small things in your life that you are grateful for.
At least you're good enough to try again tomorrow, thankfully. Thank goodness I'm still healthy. My father is gone, but I'm thankful that my mother is still there. You also have little things to be thankful for.

5) You are a strong person.
All that is difficult now is to teach you good lessons for life. You are not one to lose easily.

6) Every problem has a solution.
You must remember that problems do not have solutions. Every problem has a solution. You die without finding an answer as long as you are sad.

7) Think positive.
If one leg is broken, it's better than having both legs broken. Imagine not being able to get up because you are sick, and you have to rest because you can't do work. Of course I listened fully while I was sick. Think about the good thing.

8) You are not alone.
The world is sad, You are not alone in feeling weak and depressed. There are many people who feel the same as you.

9) Learn from pain.
Take it as a lesson from the things you are hurting now so that you don't feel the same pain again.

10) I will try to do better in the future.
Leave the pain. Leave depressed. Try to be a better future. For that, be better now. Make good use of the present time.
The above points will help you feel a little better. You are solely responsible for the complete cleanup. If the present is good, the future will be better. I encourage you to appreciate the present moment and be happy.
