"What about people who currently have a job, are they happy whenever they have a job? Some of you may have heard things like, ``I only work for the sake of living, and the job is boring.''
I have seen some of them whining about wanting to quit their jobs. What I would like to advise is what to do next if you are not happy with your current job.

1) What is the reason for your unhappiness?
If you are not happy with your current job, Find out why you are unhappy. If it's an issue that can be resolved immediately, resolve it immediately. If it's not like that, if you have an unsolvable problem, look for a job that suits you before sending your resignation letter.

2) Ask yourself.
I am no longer active in the workplace; If it's Monday but you're already looking forward to the weekend, think about what's stressing you out at work. Too much work and too much stress? Are you bored at work? Is the boss bad for your organization? If it's none of those things
Ask yourself again. Are you unhappy because you have absolutely no passion for this job? Do you have a hobby? If that is the case, is it convenient for you to work with your passion? Do you think you have enough skills to switch to a career that matches your passion? You should ask again.

3) Is the company having any problems?

If the company doesn't improve your skills over time, you should quit. A company that cannot pay salaries regularly, Is it the kind of company that has problems in management? A company that has financial problems, etc. You can't improve your skills. If you feel that the longer you spend with this company, the more you feel overwhelmed, you should consider quitting your job.
4) Develop skills.
After you realize that you don't want to continue at this job at all, equip yourself with the skills you need for your next new job.
Or you should prepare what you need to change the job that you really like. A month or two before leaving for work, you should have taken courses like this. Saving money that should be used after leaving the job, And so on. If you are ready to switch to another job, you can switch jobs without stressing yourself out.

5) Negative effects
You always have weekends. If you are already waiting for Sunday to arrive, then you should quit that job. Because being unhappy at work can have many negative consequences for you.
- I can't concentrate anymore
You don't want to continue working at all, so you don't want to focus on that work at all.
- It causes stress
After having to focus on work you don't want to focus on, you're stressing your spontaneity. Going to work for you will be a grind of thorns and fruit.
- You may have a headache.
You don't want to do it, it's like a big responsibility. I can't finish the work quickly because I don't mind. Not being able to do it quickly can cause more stress and headaches.
- Errors may occur.
When stress comes, mistakes can be made when working.
- Always dull.
I don't want to go to work that I don't want to do, When you have to do something without wanting to do it, you are always dull. Because people are not fresh, ideas cannot be fresh anymore. new thoughts New views can no longer appear.

When the above negative effects occur, you can know that you are already quite frustrated with your work. That's why I'm thinking about changing jobs after following the advice mentioned above (numbers 1 to 4). #BAWA101
