Habits to adopt to live a peaceful and happy life, even if you don't have much money

Money is not the most important thing in our lives, but it is one of the necessities. However, if we chase after money, the happy moments of life will be wasted. So, find the money you need in life. 1) Develop a contented mind.
A contented mind makes you less greedy. Greed is the desire to own everything, no matter how much you have. When you have it, you want more than you have. That's why you want more than others, and it burns you up. You are not satisfied with yourself. As long as you are not satisfied with yourself, you cannot be happy with your life. That's why you need to cultivate a contented mind. It will curb your greed and make you happy with what you have.

2) Stop being jealous of others.

3) Appreciate what you already have.
It is common for everyone to feel compassion for those who are less fortunate than you. It is not a big problem. When you see someone who is better than you, it is difficult to develop compassion. Then, when you look at someone who is better than you, you become depressed. This depression makes you forget what you already have. You can no longer see what you already have and only want what you have from others. Then you become anxious. You cannot be satisfied with your life. Therefore, after you have hidden your depression in others, you can see what you already have. Think about the advantages, value, and benefits of the things you have. You will learn to appreciate them again. “Oh… I have these little things.” The thought of this makes your life happy.

4) Accept yourself.
Another way is to accept yourself. Many people do not accept themselves. “My skin is dark… I am ugly,” “My chin is not beautiful,” “My face is ugly,” etc. They cannot accept themselves. This feeling starts from feeling sorry for others. It makes you feel inferior and weak. Then you become angry with yourself.

5) Make good use of the present moment.
Are you spending the present moment thinking about the past and getting angry, or are you worrying about what you will do tomorrow that has not happened? Both of these situations are not good. You waste your time in the present moment. That is why you do not do what you should do today. That is why you have to worry again the next day. So if you are worrying about the past or the future, remind yourself not to waste the present moment. If you use your time effectively, you will not have to worry in the future.

6) Cultivate a sense of gratitude.
It is easy to feel pity for those who are inferior to you. With someone better than you, the mind that grows in happiness does not come first, but the feeling of envy and guilt comes first. That is because of people's greed. If you have started to feel jealous in your mind, know yourself. If you are feeling something that is poisoning your mind, punish yourself. "It's good that his life is going well. I made him happy in return. When he is doing well, I don't have to help him anymore." Think to yourself with thoughts like this. Practice that mind that grows in happiness. Calm your mind.

7) Forgive more.
No matter how hard you try to be good... you will meet bad people. If you are not happy in your mind, you will only burn yourself. Forgetting everything in your mind and forgiving yourself more will calm your mind. If they are not happy, it is theirs. The first thing to calm your mind is immediately. That is for your life.
