The mindset you need to build in life

“I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soul.” William Ernest Henley, the great poet, said that you are the master of your own life and that you are the master of your own destiny. Sometimes in life, you encounter situations that are not your own fault, but the fault of others or that you cannot change. Once you become a human being, you will have difficulties until your soul dies. In such a situation, recite this verse. You will feel a surge of strength, both in your subconscious and conscious mind. In fact, no one can help or support us in our lives except ourselves. Therefore, whenever you encounter difficulties, try to save yourself rather than waiting for someone to come and help you. That is why I have listed the attitudes that you should develop in life.


1) To be mentally strong
Life is full of ups and downs, so it will be a roller coaster ride. There will be good times and bad times. To be able to withstand the ups and downs of life, it is important to be mentally strong. Mental strength is the basis for overcoming all the difficulties in life, and the basis for success. A weak person is one who loses before he can compete. You cannot expect mental strength from others. You must build it yourself. A person with mental strength can recover and move on with life no matter what difficulties he encounters in life.

2) To accept yourself
People who are always dissatisfied are people who are always dissatisfied with themselves. They are those who do not appreciate everything they have, everything they have, and always want something that they cannot get. Such people are people who do not accept themselves. For example. I am dark-skinned..but I want white skin, I have white teeth…but I want straight teeth, I am short…but I want to be tall, etc. Whether I can’t get it, When you don't have it or want it, you can't accept what you have. At that time, you start to feel dissatisfied. That's the kind of mind that you have to fix yourself. You have to practice it yourself to accept yourself. No one else can fix you.

3) Learn from your mistakes
Not everyone has made mistakes in life. There are those who make fewer mistakes, those who make more mistakes, and those who learn from their mistakes and correct them. To learn from your mistakes, you have to learn from your mistakes. Even if you make mistakes, if you don't know what you're doing, or if you don't want to correct yourself, you will continue to make the same mistakes. When you know your mistakes, learn from them, and don't make the same mistakes again, the mistake becomes true. To become like that, you have to fix it yourself. No one can do it for you.

4) Don't focus on things you can't control
In life, we can't live alone. Then there are many factors, including the environment, friends, and other factors. But the more things you have to deal with, the more things you will have to worry about. To know and avoid these things, you need to understand yourself. You can't control them, or you can't fix them, or you can only say that the person in charge won't do it, etc. It's about knowing the things that you can't fix yourself. In such cases, you shouldn't be upset about them, but focus on what you can do. That's a mindset that you have to develop.

5) Focus on the present tense
People who are stressed are those who live in the past or think about the future. Since they live in two different times, the present is wasted time just thinking about those two times. Then they can't live well today. They are also mentally anxious. If you have this kind of mindset, you have to fix it yourself. No one else can fix it for you. When such thoughts enter, remind yourself. Do the best job you are doing. Remind yourself that it is more beneficial for you. Practice that mindset.

The above mindsets cannot be changed by anyone but you. Change your mindset by changing yourself. Then your life will be happy, even if you are not rich or wealthy. There will be less sadness. Even if you fall, you will be willing to get up and move forward.
