"Overthinking can lead to stress. You can be stressed about good things, and you can be stressed about bad things. The good thing is that if you hear that your salary will be increased at the end of the month, you will think, "It would be good if I was on the salary increase list." Then, because of the salary increase, you will be driven to do what you want to do, what to buy, what to eat, etc. In fact, at the end of the month, you will not be on the salary increase list. As you expected What will happen to you? If you don't think ahead, nothing will happen, but now everything you imagine will happen I will only be left reading the anger.
That's why I say overthinking is bad. It increases stress, When stress increases, other ailments may follow. Here are 5 key ways to control overthinking.

1) You need to know yourself.
The main thing is to know yourself. In an event, are you the one who thinks first, If you want to be something without thinking, you will think about it later...you have to reexamine yourself. 5) Do some sport.
Doing yoga can improve your concentration. Or do some other sport. When you sweat, your mind will feel lighter. It's the sense that your mind is forced to burst into sport. Or go outside and get some fresh air. Or go for a walk. Thinking ahead and heavy in the mind, Worries will be relieved.
